Potion Splash Sounds Client-Side?

Hey,
ist der Sound "game.potion.smash" client-side? Wenn ich versuche ihn mit ProtocolLib abzufangen, wird der PacketListener einfach nicht gecallt. Was soll ich tun? Kann ich den iwie anders blockieren?

Der Sound ist glaube ich Clientseitig bei dem Entity Effect.
