Hello, We are happy that you are looking into Nitrado Servers. I have personally used them for over a year and have been very happy. Nitrado has several different resources they update. Disable ark server auto restart?

This is an old forum thread. Closing and locking it. But to answer you the server has a daily maintenance window in which they will reboot whether you have it scheduled or not.

Saving server backups to use on another server

PC Servers are the only platforms that allow FTP (backups) locally. Sony and Microsoft due to agreements in place do not allow. So sadly you are not able to take a copy of your PS4 save. Ark server Timing out

Check his internet? If you are able to get on and get cant, pretty much eliminated server issue. Basically the connection timed out between the server and your friends location. Nothing you can really do about that. Sometimes a server reboot.

Since PS4 has no FTP access, you are limited on things that we can do on PC's. Yes, you can flip back and forth of maps or as Nitrado has told me before. But the profiles and tribe files just continue. On PCs, we would do a backup manually, then just delete all the files and start new map. I am not sure you can do it the way you are asking.

Sounds more like client side somewhere. If you wanted, copy all the gamefiles, profiles, and tribe in case. Do a wipe, have him test. If he fails then its not the server save. Then you can roll it back so all others can go back. If it works, then you had a corrupted file somewhere. In case you did not know if you remove his profile, you must also remove his backup profile. the server will autoload that. So back up his profile prior. Could even be a mod somewhere. I am not aware of anything for Consoles that would provide that info except using RCON. For PC servers, we can see who is online via steam, and HLSW.

Empyrion Server Not Updating to 8.6.2 for past week!

We still have to recommend you contact them back via a ticket or by the phone. Us in the forums do not have access to Customer accounts. Nothing we can do to help with server issues. You will get someone that you should be able to understand. Unfortunately nothing we can do in the forums. We do not have access to any information.
