Change Server Location(Xbox One)

I purchase a new server yesterday and my original location wasn't available so I chose something not too far but the ping is unplayable. A few hours later my location is available and i need to change location so I can enjoy my cluster. I am on ark I need to change location immediately. It's only been a few hours and I can't play the ping is too high I need location New York.
