Status: Started - Ingame: Wait for host.

Hello support!

I run a DayZ server and sometimes when i restart my server im unable to login to the game afterwards.
About 30 minutes ago i restarted my server manually and now when i try to login i get a message: Wait for host.
Even though the server status states its 'started' on the webinterface.
This problem is not just on my end but is happening for other players aswell.

Is there a solution for this problem?

I've done a couple more restarts but doesn't seem to work :<

Server is still DOWN!

Please write a support ticket. The customer support can help you much better.
Die deutsche Sprache ist Freeware.
Das heißt, du darfst sie uneingeschränkt nutzen. ABER(!) die deutsche Sprache ist NICHT Open Source.
Das heißt, du darfst sie nicht nach deinen Vorstellungen verändern!

Ein Problem ist halb gelöst, wenn es klar formuliert ist.

It seems the support ticket section on the website is no longer available.
It just shows the FAQ instead. And even though my problem is in the FAQ the solution doesnt work for me.

Meanwhile my server is down for 2 days straight now.. >.<
