server not starting

I bought a server yesterday, I changed some settings, and now the server is not starting.
There is no option to reset all settings to defaults.
I searched the forum and the wiki for advice on how to reset the settings, there are none.
I called support during Germany business hours, caller ID shows marvis GmbH, but nobody is picking up.
I wanted to create a support ticket by email, and the links redirect to the wiki page.

This is the only form of communication left. I hope somebody can help.
This is a simple issue, and I expected an easy way to resolve.

Perhaps the company is going out of business, but if not, I hope someone can help.

It took a LONG time between the time I bought my server for it to show up on the server list. One thing I can say is that if you go to your Settings section and give your server a real name like John Does Ark it'll be easier to find it.

Make sure you save the settings page and restart. Wait about 10 minutes before looking for server on the list.

That being said, our server is down for some reason and we can't get it started so maybe something is wrong on their end.

We submitted a ticket but we didn't get a response for at least a week after I sent it in and by that time, the server was running.

If you click on the link to support ticket, at the bottom of the screen there is an option to continue sending a ticket but it really doesn't tell you that. You have to click through a few screens to actually send the ticket. Click on Category: Gameserver then on the next screen click on Ark Survival, then on next screen cick on To The Support Forum and that is the link that brings up a ticket form.

Thank you for your response.
The problem is not that the server is not showing in the server list. I came to terms with that. The problem, is that the server does not start.

I don't know how to save my settings page. I found a button to delete the settings, I used it, and now I hope the server can start with the default configuration.

I looked for an option to continue sending a ticket, and it is not there. They present just the simple FAQ search page.

A response time of at least a week is sub par. I am going to take a loss on the money paid here, and I will buy somewhere else.

I appreciate you taking the time to help. Thank you.

The ticket page shows the FAQ at first, but also a search box at the top. Use it to search for your problem and it will also show the "support ticket" link at the bottom.

It might not be on your end. Our server has been down all day and it keeps restarting by itself and I've even tried restoring from backup and it tells me "Server is Busy" even though it's stopped. Maybe they're just having server problems in general. Who knows. I sent in a ticket a bit ago so hopefully they'll get us up and running since we have vacation this week and wanted to get play time in! Good luck :)

thank you for posting the direct link to create a ticket.

The link is not accessible from the site. The page shows the FAQ first, then there is a link to go to the support forum. There is no link to continue to write the support ticket.

Is there a way to get my money back?
