To everyone that gets "server not restarting, no servername etc"

So i've read alot recently about people getting the problem "server not restarting, no servername, slots does not show". I've had the problem myself and it sucked.

So i think i found a fix to the problem. First of all let's start with how the problem occurred to me. So i had ARK installed as a server, and it was up and running. But i checked out the "Switch game" tab. And i wanted to test out adding CS:GO to my server. But i found out that you can't have 2 servers running at the same time, atleast not with the current plan that i have. And so i wanted to go back to ARK and start my server up. After a bit of time i noticed that it was stuck at restarting for a good amount of time. And i got frustrated so i came to conclution of just uninstalling and installing it again (NOT SAYING THAT THIS MIGHT BE THE FIX). I started up a fresh server, but this one too got stuck at restarting. So after trying yet again, it actually started, with the basic settings of course. The settings where it says "hosted by nitrado blah blah. So i changed the setting to how i want it to be set up for me and my friends. AAAAAND i pressed restart server. And guess what? Stuck. So i left it alone because i was just about to give up. But 15-30 min later it was running again. And i read elsewhere that "Stopping the server for a few minutes, then pressing start might solve it". And it did. I stopped my server for a few minutes and then started it again. And now it is running as smooth as ever. And i can finally restart it as normal.

So in conclusion for all of you having problems. STOP the server, make the changes that you want, give it a few min then start it again. :!:

I hope this helps a bit for all of you out there that have experienced some problems with your servers. And by the way, it can take upto 15-30 minutes for it to start completely! So be patient.
