Important information for the patch 237.X

26th March 2016 - 10:10 AM
The patch 237.0 has been released and will be now deployed on all gameservers. Within the next three hours the server will start with the patch 237.0.

Changelog:
* LIMITED EVENT: ARK: Eggcellent Adventure, March 25 - March 31
* Snow and Swamp caves
* Increased Server Performance
* Majorly Reduced Client CPU utilization where many Dinos are active, significant gains for most players
* You can no longer be mounted on Flyers within ARK Caves

Our server did not start up after implementation of the new patch, even though on the Web access page it was "started". So the stop server and restart from the back up was the solution for our server.

Edit:
After only 20 min of playtime server has crashed (lost connection to the server). Another restart from the backup attempt (now third in a row), server up.
I'm not from Nitrado, just trying to help 8)

Server not responding

Our server also not running after the update 237 They're already doing five hours without connection. (190.183.215.48:20401)

Passing 24 hours of server restarting...

Have tried to restart from bckups
uninstalled and reinstalled ARK
played with timed restart of server
put in a ticket...


Cant get the server to work.
\Anyone have any ideas?

Try disabling the "Enable Valentine's Day features" if it's enabled, and restart from the backup (not first in line, try second one). Remember, stop the server for a while (like 20 min) and only then change the settings (and save them)

Also, check your log files (.dmp and .crashstack). Our server was running out of memory. If true, write a Technical ticket.
