Ark Survival Evolved ps4

I am brand new to this and been watching youtube videos on how nitrado is the place to get your server up. I did the process. I picked ark then at the end for confirmation clicked pay and now my server is for another game, i tried to change but wont allow me. I went into the server settings and dont see ark survival evolved as an option. Sent a ticket. any other steps i should take?
