502 Bad Gateway. Help!!!

502 Bad Gateway! I cannot access the web console for more than a few seconds, then I get a blank page with 502 Bad Gateway (nginx)

Its just a web error. Either clear your cache, or wait for it to self resolve. typically happens on game update day.
Site works fine for me. No errors.

New to host here and have been having issues for 2 days now with 504 gateway timeout when trying to access web interface on FS19. Ticket put in yesterday. Any suggestions?

This has also been true for me. Using a different browser hasn't helped.
I've only just registered today. I hope this isn't indicative of normal service.

HAve only had the error 1-2x during the last 2 years. Most of the time its caused for cache or browser. If you wait a bit it self resolves.

HAve only had the error 1-2x during the last 2 years. Most of the time its caused for cache or browser. If you wait a bit it self resolves.

Have tried different browsers as stated above.
A full day later and the problem still persists. Support is also terrible - only open 4 hours a day / send an email and hope it gets answered.
Very poor service so far; seriously beginning to wonder if I've wasted my money. One only has to search this forum for "bad gateway" to see how many others have had the same experience.

I have been to the WebUI about 20x today. No errors. Did you try clearing your cache?
  • I have cleared the cache in Firefox to no result
  • I have cleared the cache in Internet Explorer to no result
  • I have cleared the cache in Edge to no result
  • I have also tried a brand-new installation of Chrome and even cleared the cache on that to no result

BTW, congratulations on the good service you have - however that does not do anything for mine.
