Hello,

Multiple ways for support.

(1) Looking for Community Support, you post here in the forums.
(2) Having Billing or server hardware issues, you can create a ticket to Nitrado Support or call them on Skype.

They work tickets in the order in which they are received. Tickets at times may be delayed.

im having the same problem . How long does it take for ( support ) to reply to a ticket ?
I paid for a Eco server and its never worked from the start , server keeps restarting then closes and restarts and closes , and NO reply from support yet , Yet they have my money for the server .

Eco server restarting and stopping

I ordered a server for Eco and from the moment it started it stopped and then restarted and stopped and that's all its doing , opened a ticket and after 24 hours of no reply from support I then asked for a refund . I then get a message asking why I want a refund ( nothing was said about the server not working ) and now im still waiting . From day one I haven't been able to play on the server and not getting any help from the support team.
I wont be using Nitrado anymore and they are a complete waste of time and money :(

I thought it was just me that was happening too, my new The Forest server is doing exactly the same thing, starting and then stopping (and I can't connect to it for the short time it is up). Sounds like they have some pretty serious backend issues at the moment. Be useful if they put a post up about it though, stop everyone thinking they are alone.

I had the same issue and managed to resolve my problem by first installing another game, then uninstalling said game and re-installing The Forest.
