Server Wont load in, Called support got nothing now i want to get my money back,

I rented a server yesterday for Miscreated, tried to get on and server could not be found. Tried reinstalling, changing name and removed saved file. Then I call Nitrado support and was told you could not help me with this. So I reached out to the developer of the game and other community players to try to figure out how to get my server to work. After spending all day doing this and still not able to play my game I would like to get a refund so I can pay a different company money and maybe actually get some support and able to play my game. What are the steps to cancel my services and get a refund?

Sorry that you are having issues. Not sure why Support would have said that to you. I would not be happy either.
