Sooo Finally got through on skype call to nitrado .... Short of it Everyone waiting on their server going to be waiting a good long time... As I was told they dont have public server files... and that if i dont want to wait till they get to me I must ask for refund... So that I did.

And there's other people in thread that obviously have one because they're posting they're having issues.

Per Nitrado, "They are rolling out in waves". Note that patches are being released at the same time so that is being worked to.
They are updating at their Twitter feed as well.

Us in the forums have no idea where any tickets are in the queue. We can only advise that the trouble tickets will be worked in the order received. Also with the continued patches being released, it adds time, and also rolling out new servers. And we are in the holiday.

How do we open support tickets to find out? I'm unable to get an answer or an update. If nothing else need to find a way to cancel my order.
