no server, no answer to my ticket

Second day after payment and no server, no answer to my ticket, no any kind of reaction. May be Nitrado dead but takes money?

No, I doubt they are dead. It was holiday time and things got backed up. They are working tickets in order in which they are received.
Just have to wait for them to pick it up. It could be a few days.
