I spent money on a server I was never able to login to

This is getting pathetic. No replies on any support. reinstalling atlas over and over. This is so annoying. If I'm not refunded for this, go ahead. keep the money. I'm never buying this service again.
Installed a map, server restarts in a loop. Weeks later of waiting. I'm done.
