Refund?

Hello Nitrado Team, I rented your services for servers today and am very displeased. First I rented the basic server for 7 Days To Die and tried to connect only to run very horribly to the point it was unplayable. So I decided maybe it was just a really cheap server so I upgraded to EPS public server and it ran better to start but within 5 minutes in game it once again became unplayable. So now I am running my own dedicated server off of my personal computer
specs:
AMD 8350 8-core at 4.0GHz
16GB DDR3 Ram at 1600MHz

And I have no problems running the server from my rig but can not even play 5 minutes on your servers. I wanted a public server I could leave running and hopefully would run better then my pc but since it does not I would like my money refunded please. I do not know where to file this complaint so hoping the forums would help. My user id is 679723, I just ordered server today and you can see where I upgraded hoping it would help. I also rented a teamspeak server to use with the gameserver but since no game server there is no need for a teamspeak server. I think you should contact the Nitrado support. Write a ticket, or call them.

US$ instead of EUR

So i added money to my account and it made it in to EUR and not US$ how could i fix that
